The Mission of the Lafayette United Methodist Youth is to Know, Grow and Show (Know the Lord, Grow in His Word and Show His Love to Others).

The Vision of the Lafayette United Methodist Youth is to Know God by reading His Word, Grow in God by living His Word and Show His love to others by practicing what we preach.

The Flock meetings (kids in grades K-6) will be from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
each Wednesday, and the Herd (grades 7-12) will be from 5:30-7:30 each
Wednesday, starting Sept. 8.  We would like Flock kids to pre-register
if possible by calling the church or emailing.  It isn't necessary for
Herd kids to pre-register.

Also, we are holding a Back to Church Sunday on Sept. 19 where we are
trying to encourage everyone to bring themselves and a friend to
church.  Sunday School recognition and a pot luck dinner will be on
the 19th.
